General Terms and Conditions



1. Introductory Provisions


These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

Buyer: Any customer who concludes a purchase contract through the website www.gravart.cz.



By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree with these Terms.



2. Registration and Customer Account


The Buyer may create a customer account, which enables order placement, tracking order status, purchase history overview, and use of loyalty rewards.



During registration, the Buyer must provide true and complete information and update it if it changes.



Account access is secured by email and password. The Buyer must keep login credentials confidential. The Seller is not liable for misuse of the account by third parties.



The Seller reserves the right to cancel an account if the Buyer violates these Terms or the account is inactive for more than 12 months. The Buyer may request account deletion at any time by email.



3. Product Information and Prices


Information about products (description, price, discounts, availability, images, delivery time) is displayed with each item.



Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and charges. The final and binding price is that at the moment of order submission.



The Seller may change prices, but such changes do not affect already confirmed orders.



4. Orders and Contract Conclusion


Only registered users can place orders (as personalized products require active communication with the customer).



The order becomes binding upon submission and confirmation by the Seller.



The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in case of:

5. Payment Terms


The Buyer may pay for goods via:




In the case of bank transfer, the goods are shipped (or personalization started) only after payment is received.



Tax documents are sent via email or included in the package.



6. Delivery Terms


Goods are delivered via:




Delivery time depends on the product type and availability, typically 5–10 business days.



The Buyer must accept the delivery and immediately contact the Seller in case of damage or missing items.



Shipping costs are shown during order completion.



7. Right of Withdrawal


The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.



Withdrawal must be sent in writing (e.g., via email) or through a withdrawal form.



Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.



Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.



The right of withdrawal does not apply to:




The Seller will refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods using the same payment method used by the Buyer.



8. Complaints and Warranty


All goods are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months unless stated otherwise.



The Buyer has the right to file a complaint in case of defective or non-conforming goods.



Complaints must be submitted via email or in writing. The Seller will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days.



In the case of a legitimate complaint, the Buyer is entitled to:




The warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use or improper handling. For wooden products, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by water, heat, mechanical stress, improper use, abrasion, chemicals or adhesives, or long-term exposure to weather without proper treatment.



9. Personal Data Protection


The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).



Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, customer account management, and – if consent is given – for marketing purposes.



The Buyer has the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data. Details are available in the separate Privacy Policy.



10. Final Provisions


These Terms are governed by Czech law.



Any disputes will be resolved amicably, or by the competent court according to the Seller’s registered office.



The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The updated version is effective upon publication on the website.



These Terms are valid and effective as of July 30, 2025.
